Office shortcut bar not loading?

Hello! I just upgraded from Office 2000 to 2003 and everything is ok, except for the fact that there isn’t a shortcut bar, that of office. It’s not showing up any more. I am not quite sure what exactly could have caused this problem. I’ve tried everything but I am desperate, because it didn’t help…

Here’s what you ought to do: you need to open the registry of your windows, so you can easily mess up everything if you do not follow the instructions correctly. The instructions you can find at Microsoft’s website. It has different solution for different problem but all of them mess with registry. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/292571
