Norton Antivirus won't update anymore!

Hello! I am looking to find some help here. My computer is Intel 1.9Ghz P4 machine. I am using XP SP1 OS. The question that I want to solve is next. Does anybody know why Norton Antivirus won't update anymore? I have this anti virus program but it wont to work well. Need to do something. Does anybody have some idea? Thanks!

Hi! I am not a computer doctor but I will try to help you. Let me see what kind of problem you have. So, you would like to know how to upgrade Norton Antivirus. That is not a problem mate. There is an option when you start program for update. If you have a problem to update, try to reinstall that anti virus on your Pc. Maybe that will help you.
