Hey there. I have bought a new sound card, few weeks ago, and I am having problems ever since. There is no sound coming out from my left speaker. I do not know what to do with it. A friend of mine has done everything for me, inserted the card and installed it…and I do not know what could be the problem. Any ideas?

Hello. The only thing I can think of is that your friend probably got some settings wrong .You could check within the sound settings, what is set to be your sound output device. It may happen that it is set to mono from some reason instead of stereo or something similar. Did you check if your speakers are functioning well with some other device? Maybe there is something wrong with it, and you just did not notice it before! Checking your sound card driver is also a must, so I would advise you to see if you got the right one installed. Which card do you say you use?
