New build not booting - PSU?

Hello! There is one problem with my device. I bought PSU device before one week and it wont work. The new build not booting – PSU. I don’t understand what is the problem. Does anybody can tell me what I should need to do? It won’t boot and that is the main problem. Thanks for your advice or opinion.

Hi! You said that almost new PSU wont booting. That is a difficult problem mate. I suggest you to check for your warranty. Try to find warranty and take the PSU if it’s don’t work properly. That is my best advice to you. But be sure to explain what is the problem. Is there something else except the booting?
