New Dell laptop is dead

Hello! Yesterday I got my new Dell. I have waited for delivery for a month and I was happy when I saw it. But, when I tried to turn it on, I have faced very biog problem. Namely, my new dell laptop is dead! There is no way for turning it on! Please, tell me what I should do! I really need urgent help!

Hello! I suggest you to try to charge it battery, because it could be that it is empty and because of that you are not able to turn it on. But, if that is not the problem, then you have only one solution: call dell technical support and tell them about your problem. I think that you will have to send them your laptop, and after some time you will get new one.
