Network printer installed but not working

I have installed network printer but it is not working. HP 1100 is connected to one old computer with Windows 98 SE and it is working perfectly from this computer, but when I try to install drivers for it on another computer with Windows XP wizard stops after some time and tells me that some files are missing. What am I going to do here?

Your network printer is installed only to computer it is attached to. Obviously you have some problems with drivers for Windows XP and you will have to download latest drivers from HP web site. After installing these drivers go through procedure of installing printer. Just be sure to select network printer instead of local printer and yous hould be fine.
