Hello. My sister is struggling trough life with cerebral palsy. I really care about her and really do love her. Luckily, this awful disease does not affects brain. She is 10 now, and she can have some benefits by using computer with her left hand. I am looking forward to find some virtual keyboard replacement. Thanks so much in advance. I hope there is something for such people.

Hello. Of course there is. You don't need any additional software in first place. There is everything inside Vista or XP already. If you are using Windows XP, than just point your mouse to start>accessories>accessibility>on-screen keyboard. There are more advanced utilities perhaps, but this one is quite enough for start.
