My inbox overflown with junk mail?

Hello people. I keep getting junk mail from my bank. Despite asking them not to send it and me being on the mailing preference service list, I am still getting junk mail. I sent a letter of complaint but it did not help me. My bank even marks their mails as if to imply they were something important. Yesterday, thy inbox overflowed with junk mail. Does anybody have similar problems with them?

I also had a very bad experience with my bank mail service. Their spam mails made me crazy. They broke my mail client all the time. I do not remember all the things I try to stop those mails from the bank but they just ignore everything. I send them an email to remove me from their mailing list. I also sent a letter of complaint to their branch and head office. I rang the number on the letter and chose the option to have my details removed from their database. They just continue to send me mailings I have explicitly stated I do not want. I also did not know what to do, so eventually I cancel my account with them. After that, I threaten to sue them and at last, mailing finally stopped.
