Hello to all of you! I have problems with web mail and I never had it before. When I click "Get Mail" an alert or error pops up. "Sending of request did not succeed . Mail server mail.yahoo.com responded this: account busy and it says it’s locked by another POP process. Do you know what might be problem? Any ideas how to solve it? I'm using Thunderbird 2.0.0.0. Thank you.

Hello! This problem can be caused by an virus. Scan your hard drives as first. Second, remove all installed firewall applications from your system. Probably some of that programs don’s allow T-bird to stay connected to mail web server. I don’t guarantee this is going to work but it’’ diligently to give a try.

Hello! Scanning hard drives is good option. Maybe there’s one more solution. Updating T-bird maybe will solve described problem. Some files are corrupted or is missing and T-bird can’t work properly. You can update it from Mozilla’s web site. After finishing with update, restart your computer so new files can be loaded properly.

Hi there. I have had the same problem. An error message comes from time to time, usually when I have had a failed access to my e-mail with an application such as Mailwasher then switched to T-bird. The only way I have found to correct this is to close all mail applications, disconnect from the dial-up. Or if you have some other kind of connection, turn off modem or router. Then reboot the computer and try again. Usually works for me.
