Hi. I have had a lot of troubles with the internet while I was using static IP address so I took the dynamic package from ISP provider. In order to deal with some weirdo who constantly tracked me and messing with my machine trough various backdoors. And it did had effect. But, each time I restart or power on the router, there is new IP which is not good for the uTorrent for example.. Anyway, I beleve that the freak has give up after nine months, so I can freely get back to the static. What is the best protection if someone finds me again?

Good for you. I am coming from a country where changing from static to dynamic IP addressing is a privilege. Vice Versa, also. Not only that, it is way too expensive to use broadband link. If you are still concerned about possible conflicts with some crazy hackers, than you can try some IP masking software. There are plenty of them to download.
