Hello to everyone. This is my first post on this board. I have Logitech wireless optical mouse. It is making me trouble from the day one. Sometimes it acts erratically and mouse pointer escapes from the screen or from the application. I have tried to return this mouse but people in the shop say it is working perfectly well. Can you help me with this mouse escaping problem?

Hello there. If mouse escapes from application by its own or escapes from the screen then you will have to check two things. First check if there is some device close to receiver that can cause interferences (cell phone, cordless phone, speakers...). Second, optical mouse needs clean and smooth surface otherwise it can act as you described.
