| Where can I find them online to download? From a free enter site, if possible, thank you. Also, which version is current version? I have some drivers, but the modem don't work with them, so I think I need new ones, maybe? Thank you in advance, and excuse my poor English. |

What I can never understand is how come you people don't ever use google ?!
You should be able to find what you need over here: http:// www. no device. com/ driver /company/ Motorola. Html
More specifically, here are the drivers for your model: http:// www. nodevice. com/ driver/ SB5101/ get32366. html |

|
|
I tried installing the modem on a new laptop (with a Windows Vista OS), but it wouldn't work. The window says Installation assistant cannot connect to cable modem. I already rechecked the connections and everything seems okay, its just that the computer doesn't seem to recognize that the modem is already connected. Does this have anything to do with the OS being Windows Vista?
Also, I tried to download the Vista driver from the Motorola website, but I don't know what to do with it. (It has no .exe file, and there is no folder in the Program files where I can paste the additional files provided in the driver.) Someone help? |
