Hi there! My monitor is acting very strange lately! Its shutting down after awhile. It maybe passes 20-25 minutes after I left it and it shuts down by itself!? How is this possible? I havent changed any of the properties on it. Its set to have no screen saver but again it shuts down! Please help me or I will go mad! Thanks!

Hi! Your problem is most likely to be due to the settings of the monitor, power to be precise. No matter if you had set it to have no screen saver it ought to be a reason with power settings. Get into the properties and on the screen saver tab at the bottom you will see POWER. Now, you will enter in power schemes. There you can see the exact time when your monitor is about to shut down. See the turn off monitor task? Well, you can set it never to shut down! Its a power saving thing, nothing more! And its not so bad after you get used to it. But, if it makes you freak out! Set it to work all the time.
