Greetings. I have heard that Bit Defender is just using too much resources for proper functioning, and that there are some difficulties with even 512 mb of system memory. Difficulties like temporal slowdowns and so on. However, I saw the interface on the image and I think that I like it. Is there some specific alternative already?

Alternative in which way? In positive or negative way? In a negative way, the alternative is Norton antivirus. This program is meant for servers and high performance machines, and not for home use I guess. Regarding BitDefender, all I can say is that you are right. Too many needless modules and services. The positive alternative is definitely Nod32. I think that ESET is our best friend.
