Hi there. I have just discovered that there is msconfig.exe free for download any time. I thought that Ms Config is integrated inside the windows just like registry editor is, but it seems that I must download the one if I attend to use the app with windows 2000, which is really, really weird. It means that MsConfig is just the same for Win 98 and Millenium and every other?

Yes it is. And why not? XP comes with the newer version only, as it is nothing else but a simple exe program that scans every single setting related to the system configuration and kernel. But, it won’t work unless you put it inside C:\windows\system32 I think. Or just inside C:\win, I cant’ remember right now.
