I have a notebook for a long period and it satisfies all my needs. Recently, I got a new cell phone as a birthday present from my parents. It is a great new model with camera 1.3 MPix, GPRS and all those fancy stuff. However, I want to transfer those files to my computer. How to setup a Bluetooth transfer? Should I install some special drivers for a Bluetooth? Is connecting a cell phone and a computer via Bluetooth possible?

Of course, it is possible to connect cell phone and computer over bluetooth. If both of those machines are equipped with such devices. If the cell phone does not have bluetooth possibility, you cannot do anything about it, except to change your model of cell phone for some with bluetooth. If your computer or laptop does not have integrated bluetooth adapter you can always add it. There are bluetooth adapters in PCI and PCMCIA adapters for every kind of computers, desktop or laptop. Therefore, first check do your cell phone and computer have bluetooth connection. If they do, enable it and you can connect them easily. You don't need any special drivers for Bluetooth because all the necessary drivers are integrated in the Windows. That is all you have to do to setup a bluetooth connection. Everything else would do your computer and cell phone.
