Hello. I have several HPGL files that I need to import in Word 2000. First I thought it would not present any problem but then I found out that Word 2000 does not support these files. Not to mention that I do not know whose idea was to create files in this rather obscure HP propriety format. Is there any help here or I will have to ask for files in some other format.

Hi. Microsoft Word 2000 does not support HPGL file format. As you might already know it is graphic language designed by HP for their range of plotters and it is not meant to be interchange format. However, there is still hope for you to import these files in Word 2000. There is a program (Hpgl.exe) which can be obtained from Microsoft download centre. This file will enable you to import HPGL files in Word.
