Hello folks. I have tried with Readyboost technology or whatever it is called on Vista to make my Transcend acting like additional RAM, because hey, one gigabyte is nothing for this "superb" operating system. And I was totally disappointed. Transcend won't work and I don't know why is that. I tried all USB ports and no luck. I can bet that Kingston will act like a crazy....
I don't know is Kingston the first brand ready for Readyboost feature, but I do know that their flash drives are acting like crazy. 1.3 milliseconds in the random access test, yikes! That's very impressive performance boost if you ask me. Other brands like OCZ are not even close. If you are planning to buy one of these just because of Vista, do not make any delay.
