Hello! My name is Joshua and I have a problem. My problem is my DVD burner. This optical device is not recognized. I have tried to detect new hardware in my Device Manager, but that did not helped me to detect DVD burner. So, is this some IDE Failure problem? Thank you in advance!

Hello, Joshua! This could be IDE problem. But, to be sure about this you will need to open your computer case. Check first if you DVD burner is attached properly. Also, try to change IDE cable which connects DVD burner and motherboard (there are good chances that IDE cable is broken).
