| I do not know what went wrong, I can’t download updates for my Norton antivirus program anymore. It is giving me trouble for weeks, and I am worried now that my system got infected meanwhile. It acts as if there is no internet connection present, I am puzzled completely. Has anyone heard of something like this? Many thanks for your help |

| have never really heard about this matter, but I have two guesses. One of them is . You are indeed infected with the virus, which is preventing your antivirus program from downloading updates. It wouldn’t be the first time for something like this to happen, so this one shouldn’t be worrying you. You can try to install some other antivirus program and run it, just to see if your operative system is clean or not. The second thing could be that you are in fact having the problem with the link, or some firewall which is blocking your access. I hope you will be able to fix it, all the best. |
