| Hello! The procedure is not complicate. To backup up those files do following: open Outlook 2003 and click File menu, then click Import and Export; then click Export to a file and click Next button; then from appeared list choose and click Personal Folder File (.pst); then click Next button; choose subfolder if your folder has it and click Next button; click on Save exported file as and click Browse button to choose location and file name. At the end, click Finish button. For restoring: open Outlook 2003 and click File menu, then click Open, and after that Outlook Data File. Choose your .pst file and click on it, then click OK button. |
