I have a strange problem with my HP Deskjet 695c printer. He has been working well for a long time. Yesterday I took my cartridges from the filling and put it in the printer. Since that moment, my HP Deskjet 695c prints only red color and black text. I don't know what is going on.

If you did not install any new software or driver on your computer, it is absolutely obvious what the reason for your problem is. You obviously have the problem with your color cartridge. The person that refilled your cartridge did not do that right. In your color cartridge, you have three chambers cyan, magenta and yellow. You obviously have only the ink from your cyan chamber. Your magenta and yellow chambers are sealed because you probably waited to long to get your cartridge to refilling. You have to bring your cartridge to the person that refilled it and ask them to clean your cartridge head and then refill it again.
