Hello! I have Panasonic PV-GS400 DV Camcorder. I have a problem with it. When I download from Panasonic PV-GS400 video using MotionDV Studio, I am getting only empty folders; but, when I download pictures everything is fine. I have no idea what cause of problem could be. Please, help me!

Hello! I want to admit you that I am not too familiar with this subject, but my friend recently had same problem as you, so, that is why I know answer on your question. First set your DMA mode as DMA if Available and mode switch as Tape Playback mode. This will solve your problem for sure, because it worked for my friend.
