Front USB ports on motherboard not working?

Hello! I have one little problem. In the front of the computer there is a USB port. But the matter is that not working. I am unable to use it when I want to open flash from USB. Does anyone know how to heal such problem? Thanks for your understanding.

Hi! Well, let me see what is the problem. I will try to respond you as much I can. You said that front USB ports on motherboard not working. Did you tried to reinstall mobo drivers on your computer? You must to that first. Without such installation you probably have such problems.
