| I’ve just bought a new flash drive so that I can bring all the necessary files with me wherever I go. When I tried it in the store, everything was working properly, but when I tried to use it at home, the PC recognized, but with numerous problems. I don’t know how that is possible, but I wouldn’t like to be in the situation I can’t access some important files. |

| I understand you, but I really don’t know what to suggest you, because this can be due to some incompatibilities. You can always go to the store where you bought your flash and tell them about the problem. It is tricky because as you can see, it is working, both at the store and at your place. The fact that your PC recognized it with some problems may also mean that you need to install some drivers, but that generally speaking, everything is ok with this device and you can’t expect them to return you the money. Anyway, go there and explain your problem. Maybe they have some reasonable explanation. |
