I’ve noticed a very peculiar thing! Here it is: when I try to open a website in IE, an error always occurs, but when I try to open it in some other browser, I have no problem. Do you have any idea why this is so? I really don’t have anything against using some other browser, but I’m wondering what is wrong with IE.

If IE doesn’t want to open only that page, that means maybe that is because of some protection mechanisms that are integral parts of Windows suite. I think that if you have Windows firewall turned on, maybe some ports are closed and you can’t reach all the internet sites you want because there are some that are not trusted and that are considered dangerous. Maybe also, you have some anti-virus program which also blocks this. Anyway, try to open some other pages and if they also can’t be displayed then there is some error in IE or your PC has a virus. Once when my PC had a virus there were similar symptoms so that I couldn’t open any page in IE.
