Error 501 - Permission Denied?

I am running Windows XP Professional operating system with Service Pack 2 installed and my default e-mail client is Outlook Express. I have a problem with this e-mail client. Namely, whenever I try to change font I am getting some error 501 with following text that permission is denied. Can you tell me how to solve this?

Hello! You have not said that you have installed some Service Pack for Internet Explorer. But, you have done that, right? I am telling you this because this error occurs in mentioned case. So, you will need to reinstall Internet Explorer and Outlook Express, because these programs are connected as you may already know.
