Hi there. I have found some very great web site about windows performance tweaks (looks like that on first peak inside) and after I have tried some of them, on next restart, I can't launch any song! I can't hear a thing. Everything is muted alike, and I don't have main mixer .cpl. What should I revert back from services.msc. Thanks in advance.

There are two or four services responsible for this. The first one is normal windows audio service. The second might be Plug and Play, and the other two dependant services are RPC locator and some framework part maybe. Depends on which version you have installed. Ok, get back there and just disable the
