| I think you should also try downloading the chipset update, before you install drivers. Try getting one at the Dell site, and install it. Also, be sure to have all the latest updates of your operative system. I do not know which one you are using. I do not know if you tried to read the material offered on their website, maybe there are this problem explained there, as well as the solution. I know how those things can be annoying sometimes, I hope you will be able to find your solution soon. It must be the drivers, although you should also check whether you maybe need BIOS upgrade. |
