DVDs not working after reinstallation

Hello! I have some problem here. My computer is AMD Athlon 3400+ machine. I am using Windows Vista OS. The problem is next. After some installation the DVD won’t work. I am not enough smart to solve this problem. Dos anybody know what is good to do? Thanks for your opinion.

Hi! So, you have problem with DVD. That is strange, but I think that I can help. You need to find that installation in add/remove programs first. Then try to remove it from the list. And restart your computer. After that, try to use your DVD. If you still have a problem you need to take your PC at the some PC service.
