Hello! I have some problem here. My computer is Intel P4 2.3Ghz machine. I am using Windows XP SP2 OS. The problem is next. When I want to watch some DVD movie it just spin. I am really unable to watch and to open anything. Does anybody can tell me what I should need to do? Thanks for your advice and support.

Hi! So, you have a problem with that. I don’t know how to help you but I will try. Maybe I can suggest you something. If you have a problem with DVD, try to buy DVD cleaner disk. That will help with the reading. But the best solution is to buy new device. It is not too expensive. I suggest you to buy one if you have problems.
