During Vista install it asked me for DVD ROM drivers. I ignored this because I was already installing from that drive which means Vista can recognize it. But, after first reboot there was no DVD ROM drive listed in my devices. Vista just is not recognized it. I can not believe that I need to install driver for DVD ROM. Do you have any suggestions about this problem?

I bet you have NEC DVD ROM. They have an issue with Vista (or Vista has an issue with them, whatever suits you better). There are drivers for NEC DVD ROMS for Vista on NEC web site. You have to download and install them and everything will work fine. I hope that I have helped you with this problem.
