I have been using Internet for more then two years now. I was using dialup connection and it suits my needs well. However, now I need some faster Internet connection. From the computer magazines and on computer forums on the Internet I found out that I either should choose DSL or ISDN connection. What are the advantages of DSL connection compared to ISDN?

Dial-up Internet connections are abandoned long time ago because of its low speed and because they were unreliable. There are plenty of other types of Internet connections much more then just DSL and ISDN. However, I think that you probably have the technical needs for those two connections in your neighborhood. For choosing between ISDN and DSL connections, you will have to decide what you want from your Internet connection. ISDN connection is cheaper and little slower. DSL cable connection is twice more expensive but also at two times faster then ISDN connection. Therefore, if you are home user of Internet I think ISDN connection would satisfy your needs. However, if you are a professional user of Internet I would advise you to choose DSL connection.
