Hello there. I have this DIR-30 router, which is really giving me trouble lately. I do not know why, but it just cannot maintain connection for long, and it is really annoying me. Now, I cannot say that I am some kind of professional, so I really do not know what to do with it. Can you please help me with some hint or recommendation?

Well, I think your router probably came with an installation CD, so I think you should try to do something with it. It may be a good idea to install it again or something like that. You can even try resetting it by pressing configuration button, and then doing the whole configuring process again. There is that configuring address you should go to, and then you may enter the username and the pass. I think that they both are admin, or something similar.

Thanks for your help man. You are right, it did came with an installations CD. I tried reinstalling drivers, I tried reinstalling everything. Still it won’t function. I do not know why. I even went to that address which is written there, where you can configure your router. Now, I ran out ideas, and I do not know what I am supposed to do with it now. Any ideas welcome.
