I’m trying to figure out what is wrong with my new SoundMax speakers. I have installed and plugged them properly and as we all know that is nothing too complicated, but I have noticed some strange crackling sounds coming out of them from time to time. It’s not that it is impossible to listen to music but it is really annoying when you hear that. What can that be?

Hm, this can be caused by a couple of things but you should first rule the simplest things out. So, maybe electromagnetic waves of some kind are causing this. I would suggest you to check out how to place the speakers and where it is the best position for them. I know that it is not good to put them near monitor or some other sources of electromagnetic radiation. Anyway, after you have checked whether their position is well, you can check out whether you have plugged them well into the PC case. Another problem might be caused by some electrical problems or maybe something is wrong with the membrane, but this should be inspected by somebody experienced.
