My mother is having problem with her eyes and she can’t see small letters clearly. She has bought herself a PC recently and she has problems while surfing the internet since she can’t see anything. I don’t know how to increase the font size in Internet Explorer, both on the toolbar and the text within the window. Is it actually possible?

Of course it is possible. There are 5 or 6 font sizes and you can choose the one that suits you best. If your mother doesn’t see very well, maybe the largest font size will do. You just click on View in the toolbar and after that, choose the option Text size. Click on the one you want and it is changed. No big deal. I just want to add that you can’t change the size on the toolbar. It’s only within the window, that is the text of the web page that you’re visiting is changed, but I think that’s just enough because it’s what causes the problem generally, not the font size on the toolbar.
