I have a big problem. Yesterday my system broke down and I had to do the reinstallation. It all went well until I wanted to play a movie and discovered that I need a driver for my video card. Since that was the first time I did reinstallation in over a year, I apparently lost my drivers. What am I supposed to do now? It would be too expensive to buy another video card.

Oh, come on! Its nothing too serious. You have several options and none of them assumes buying another video card and similar large expenses. You can either contact the store where you bought your video card, or the whole configuration, and tell them your problem. Theyll ask you to provide them with the name of the manufacturer, type and serial number of your video card and they will find you the appropriate driver. Or you can visit the manufacturers web site, because sometimes there you can find downloadable versions for various drivers. And finally, you can try to find it by using one of P2P programs. Just make sure you type the exact name and serial number of your video card.
