I need serious attention here. I am working on some bee project within excel and I have wonderful charts, actually I had wonderful charts. Right now, I just can't open any excel file from desktop, My documents with double click. The only way to do that is by right-click, open with and than to choose from the available list.

Well, good than. Just continue a little bit further and check the option to always use this program for this kind of file, and apply. If no change as well, than from the Excel it self, click on options>advanced>general and make sure that "ignore other applications that use DDE" is unchecked. Good luck.
