Can't record audio in Vista

Hello. I am trying to record some sound portions from one certain game under Vista by using fraps for that. And it seems that there is no chance to make this “bogus” operating system to do what I want on easy way. I had no problems with the XP, now fraps just won’t let me do the image plus sound together, and I don’t know what is the cache…..

Well, the thing can’t be simpler, I guess. There is no reason that you cannot record any audio source if your audio driver is installed completely and correctly. All you need to do inside Vista is to select “what you hear” (that’s wave option for SB Audigy – in my case). Why don’t you check your fraps version? There are limited editions, not compatible with Vista yet, also without recording capabilities, unless you have donated, and so on….
