We have virtual private network (VPN) installed on work and it worked just fine until a week ago. From that period, we are experiencing a strange problem. My colleagues and I are using that VPN from time to time. Now, I can’t access printer from laptop via network. What should I do?
By my experience, there are two most possible reasons for your problem. First and more possible is that you have some virus on your laptop computer. That is why your virtual private network firewall probably refusing access to other computers or printers on the network. To check that you will have to install some strong antivirus support. I would recommend you to use AVG and SpyBot Search and Destroy. After you does a check of your machine try again to access network printer. The other reason for your problem is that your operating system on your laptop may be damaged, therefore you will have to reinstall it. That will most certainly help you.
