| Somebody said a long time ago: "There are no more or less dangerous weapons, just more or less dangerous fighters". I am just kidding, however a part of that could apply to your question. There is no much difference between softwares. I could recommend you not just one but many different softwares from FTP category. The main thing is which software would be most appropriate for you and for your needs. Nobody else could tell you that. My advise would be to attempt to try out as much different softwares as you could before you make a decision what software will you buy for yourself. You could do that either by using trial versions or finding people who bought some kind of those softwares. For instance, I use plain old Download Accelerator as FTP client. I heard about NcFTP FTP new version but I did not have the chance to try it. As I read, it can be used with Mac OS X. I heard that it comes with source code. You can find all information about it on its manufacturer site. |
