Why do I always see some new PC issue on my build first? Why am I so lucky not to read but to deal with the problem? Last time, I was unable to mount the Hard drive because of unknown problems, so I replaced the bastard and all worked well. Now, there is no way that I can use newly installed Radeon 2600XT. X700 worked and was detected without any problem, but this one just won't go. The mobo is Gigabyte GA-K8N51GMF-9. Currently in use, onboard graphics. Thanks for any bright and logical suggestion.

Hello. Well, if you had that mobo when you encountered a problem with hard drive, why don't you contact GIGABYTE tech. support? Before doing that, you can check the graphic card on some other machine. Keep in mind that sometimes PSU with less than 400 watts isn't enough. You have updated the BIOS? Do if you didn't. Even if you did, do it once more.
