Hello. I am currently using this version of Outlook at my Office. For some reason, there are no more sent bbc messages displayed. Yes, bbc field doesn't exist in the sent items. It usually showed so far, but not always, now it doesn't show at all. I wonder what could be the problem here? Sometimes I need to re-check who received emails as a blind carbon copy, and that's all. Thanks for any suggestion.

Hello. If you are connected to some exchange server, than the issue might be there, on the server. Slow motion item listing is caused when there are too many processes in the background. How much big your outlook email sent list is? How much space there is left on the drive you are working on? Is compacting feature turned on? Turn it off, if it is. Weird, and yet unknown to me.
