Hello! What I know so far about this software is that they charge just for the newest versions. Not the updates. Also, if you want to download the update you will have to send them a mail with your full data, date of purchase, street address and everything else. Then at the end of it write down in what extension you want, .zip or .exe. Also, they claim that is not so hard to deal with those files, according to them everything is neat and working. So, go on send them some feedback.
