Avast carantine not working

Hello! I have Avast antivirus software installed on my computer and few days ago I have a problem with some virus. Before Avast I had AVG free edition and I know that this antivirus always put in quarantine found malware, but it seems to me that in Avast quarantine does not work because it removed virus immediately.

Hello! I think that everything is all right with your Avast. I think that you did not configured settings for keeping malware in quarantine. So, access Avast settings and configure that. I do not know why you need this option. I mean, you will not keep malware in quarantine, right? Hope this helps you!
