I have a huge problem! I cannot install any new programs! Whatever I try to add to my PC I get this message: C:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and MS Windows applications. Do I have to reinstall Windows now? I know it’s not that hard, but I can’t find the disc now since I’ve moved about a week ago. Could I solve this problem some other way?

You just need to copy that autoexec.nt file from the Win CD. But since you don’t know where your disc is you’ll have to download it. I thin that googling will provide you with a lot of resources. But I think you might also need some other files besides autoexec.nt: config.nt and Command.com. I’m not sure about the last part but I think I read something about your problem and that they said you need to change all these files. Good luck!
