| I need some advice, and the official ebay forums are of as much use as their customer support mail service – none. Here's the deal: I've been using PayPal for all my ebay purchases, and it's worked out all right. It's only now when I try to withdraw some money from the accounts that I find that I can't do it, at least not from here (outside USA). It's like eBay has my funds locked down, I can still pay for stuff, but I can't get the money back until I return to the US. Is there a way of working around this, somehow? Thx. |

| Actually, it's not eBay that's doing this, it's just the way PayPal works. As far as I know, there is no way to make direct withdrawal outside US borders. There are ways around this, of course. The easiest would be to transfer some money to a USA bank account, and then from that one to a foreign bank that you have access to. |
