Hello there. I have a problem with my PC. I do not know if it is hardware or a software error but it is driving me crazy. My operative system only loads from time to time, you know. It happens very often that XP just won't load, it just freezes. I do not know what to do. Can somebody help me please?

Well, there can be so many different reasons why your system hangs when it starts loading, that it is just impossible to conclude what is causing it this way. It can be, as you noticed, both the software and the hardware error. I think the best thing for you to do, if you are a beginner, is to call the specialist. If you know few things about computers, there are several things that you could do. For example, you could download some tests, and check your PC next time it starts. I think that you should check your RAM memory, your graphic card, and your CPU, but those are just guesses.
