| I can bet that you have moved My Documents folder on another partition or another hard drive. When you do this prior to reinstalling Windows XP (clean install not included in this) this problem will, most certainly, occur. You have to turn off Simple File Sharing and take full control of that folder. Open my computer, go to Tools menu, click on Folder Options and then on View tab. Find Advanced settings and uncheck Use Simple File Sharing (Recommended) check box. Now right click on My Documents folder, click on Sharing and Security and adjust privileges. |
