Access Database dilemma

Hi there. I have a dilemma regarding Access database. My boss ordered me to create some application that will store data about our day to day business. I am not to proficient with these things and I do not know if Access database will be sufficient for this or I need some more powerful system. What is your opinion?

Hello there. I guess that Access database will be more than enough for your needs. Your task looks like simple database business application. IF you decide to write this application with some other database then you will have to learn some programming language to make graphical user interface and all other things. I am not sure what skills you have so if you tell me what you know I might be able to offer you better solution then access and solve your dilemma.
